Welcome Stephanie To Our Team
Stephanie is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong interest in anatomy and biomechanics, which informs her thoughtful and personalized approach to treatment. She takes pride in providing goal-focused care—whether for relaxation, injury recovery, or rehabilitation. A 2024 Dean’s List graduate from Mohawk College, she has experience working with athletes, post-stroke clients, individuals with MS, and frontline professionals.
Certified in cupping and trained in techniques like PNF stretching and GTO release, Stephanie tailors each treatment to meet clients where they are, always prioritizing comfort and results. She’s excited to begin this new chapter with Cambridge Chiropractic Centre and looks forward to working with you on your wellness journey.
