New Patient/ 60 Minutes Re-Assessment
Your initial visit will include a complete health review, and a physical exam when necessary. At this visit your Naturopath will assess your health needs you will receive a treatment plan, including recommendations for nutrition and natural medicines.
If you are an existing patient but have not been in for more than 1 year, we recommend booking a 60 minute appointment to best address your needs.
Please bring a copy of any recent test results as well as your current medication and supplements.

45 Minute Follow Up
At your follow up appointment your Naturopath will review your progress and address any questions you may have. This appointment may include a review of your treatment plan (including nutrition or natural medicines) and/or acupuncture. Please choose this option if you require more time to discuss your health concerns.
